Sumadhura Foundation operates as the CSR arm of Sumadhura Group, fulfilling its obligations under Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013. All CSR activities and expenditures are reported annually in accordance with regulatory requirements.

  • 12A Certificate — Tax exemption under Income Tax Act
  • 80G Certificate — Eligible for tax deduction on donations
