Education

Education has been a key focus area for us since the beginning of the CSR wing of the group and the inception of the Foundation. We believe that education is critical to providing opportunities to the under-privileged which is the only way poverty can be alleviated.
Sumadhura Foundation would like to focus on providing better access to education in the pre-primary, primary, secondary, and vocational training sector. The engagement activities include infrastructure support to facilities that promote education, providing educational materials / resources, sponsoring teachers, training the teachers programs, providing scholarships for school/college fee etc.
Currently, through the education initiative, the Foundation works with children in communities that are generally deprived of their right to education, health & nutrition, in areas in and around our sphere of business presence. However, we do feel that we have to offer something to the areas that are left behind, specially the rural areas closer to our hometown, villages in Chityala Ramannapet Mandal, Nalgonda District in Telangana
