Objective:

Gratitude is the Attitude, adoption of any sort is a gesture towards respect, growth, and escalated development. Being the hometown of our beloved CMD of Sumadhura Group Mr.G. Madhusudhan the organization has adopted this village & striving hard for holistic development of the village As per the Sumadhura CMD message that resonates

Project Details:

“There is a great moral satisfaction in giving back to society from what we have” With this motivation we inaugurated this project through various development activities in the village like CC TV installation, providing Pure drinking water to villagers by RO plant installation, Cycle donation to school children, Plantation and Eco Ganesha distribution on our beloved CMD’s birthday on August 29th 2022.
Construction of a new school building in place of the existing old building is in progress, A skill development center for women started with a batch of 40 women to give hands-on experience & professional training on Sewing machine operator courses.
Many more skill development & uplifting programs are planned in Iskilla targeting unemployed youth and Higher-grade children like training on Tally, basic computer applications, basic Spoken English course, Training on competitive exams & YouTube training for children etc..,

Intended Impact:

  • A modal Village Adoption Program for Iskilla Village for building rural capabilities and other useful mechanisms. Assisting the Village to achieve its basic needs and be an agent of change for all the other nearby villages.
  • Creating more opportunities for women empowerment: Through Sumadhura’s training programs, 3000 women are directly or indirectly empowered by acquiring new skills and generating income for their daily needs. SMO, AARI training, etc.
  • The CCTV cameras are helpful for the village authorities to enhance the safety of the villagers and assist the law and order situation in the village
  • Community engagement in the village for development: Through SHG, the creation of 5 villages – Sumadhura is looking forward to establishing more enterprises and entrepreneurs for village development.
  • Skill development of youth: Tailored training programs for the youth population to develop their skills and achieve their passion and land their dream jobs. To encourage the youth to start new business endeavors. Computer training and YouTube education and tally programs also help them in achieving their goals at a faster pace.
  • Fresh water for villagers: Sumadhura Group contributed to the Regular supply of fresh water through the 1000 LPH RO plant.
  • A model school for children provides for equal opportunities and facilities on par with corporate schools have been provided in Iskilla govt school with a new building being constructed.
